New Beginnings is located in the Community Center of Westminster Apartments on Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell, MA. The main entrance to Westminster Village Apartments is on the Lowell/Tyngsboro line next to the “Village Variety Convenient Store” and “Pizza Mia Pizza”. Pawtucket Blvd. follows the Merrimack River and there is a long white fence in front of the apartment buildings.

Use Tyngsboro Bridge to cross the Merrimack River.

Turn right at the end of the bridge onto Pawtucket Blvd.

Go total 3.2 miles: Pass the first entrance to Westminster Village Apartments on the right.

Turn in at the next left (the second entrance to Westminster.)

Use Arcand Dr. to left on French St. (west going).

Go through three lights to the University Bridge (Textile Bridge).

Take a right to cross the river and at the end of the bridge, take a left.

This is Pawtucket Blvd. Westminster Apartments is 3.3 miles from this bridge.
Go through two lights to cross the Merrimack River by the Hunts Falls Bridge.
Go around the rotary to the exit “Lowell”.
Westminster Apartments is 5.2 miles from this bridge.
Pass the retail district through 2 lights.
At the 3rd light, the road splits. Take the left. This is Wood St.
Go straight through next 2 lights and across the Rourke (O’Donnell) Bridge.
At the end of the bridge, at the light, go left, pass a bowling ally. This is Pawtucket Blvd.
Go through 2 more lights
Go about a half mile. You will see a strip of stores with "Pizza Mia" and the Village Variety.
Immediately after the stores, take your first right into Westminster Village.
New Beginnings is located in the Community Center of the apartments (The first building on your right).

Take Rt3N exit and follow directions from Rt3.

Take Rt 93 to exit 46 (Routes 110 & 113, which are the same road for some time)

Westminster Village is on Rt 113, 11.8 miles from the end of the rotary at the end of the exit ramp

Take the main entrance, a right, in to Westminster Village

New Beginnings is located in the Community Center of the apartments (The first building on your right).

Take “11 Pawtucketville” route.

Get off at the Westminster Village stop on Varnum Ave. entrance.

Follow the Parking lot driveway down the hill to the Community Center.
